Choate Rosemary: 

• Take the Merritt Parkway North (Rt. 15). This road changes its name to the Wilbur Cross Parkway/Rt. 15 in Stratford, CT.
• Take Exit 64.
• Turn right onto Quinnipiac Street.
• Bear left at Wallace Park and cross over railroad tracks.
• Go straight through traffic light. (Note: At this intersection Quinnipiac becomes Center Street.)
• At top of hill (at second traffic light) turn left onto North Main Street.
• At the first stop sign, take a right onto Christian Street.
• Go through intersection at North Elm.
• Paul Mellon Arts Center and Athletic Center parking are on the right.

Danbury H.S. – Swim meets are held at Western Connecticut State University - O'Neil Center.

Rt. 7 to I-84 East to exit 4. At the light, turn right. Go approximately 1 mile until you see the entrance to Western Connecticut State University on the right (Stop & Shop will be on the left). Follow the road up the hill and go through the stop sign. The O’Neil Center will be on your right.

Darien H.S.  –  Swim meets are held at the Darien YMCA.

I-95 South to Exit 10.  Turn right on to Noroton Ave. and follow to end, Post Road (Rt. 1)  Turn right onto Post Road..  The Y.M.C.A. is on the right. 

Merritt Parkway (Route 15):  Take Exit 37. At the end of the exit turn right on route 124. Continue on route 124 until you come to the Post Road (Route 1). Take a right and continue for 2.2 miles. The Y.M.C.A. is on the left.

Fairfield H.S. – Swim meets for girls are held at Fairfield University.

 -  Swim meets for boys are held at the University of Bridgeport.

     Fairfield University:

     I-95: Take Exit 22 and turn left onto Round Hill Road. At light turn left onto North Benson Road.  Fairfield Prep is on the left (see two large        stone buildings.  Driveways sign says Fairfield University. 

     University of Bridgeport (Wheeler Recreation Center):

400 University Avenue, in the heart of the UB campus. Come down Park Avenue from Bridgeport and 1 block after you reach the campus is University Avenue. Go right off Park and there's a driveway behind the building on the corner that leads to a parking lot on the side of Wheeler, or a second drive has a small parking lot for Wheeler. Or you can park on the street. There's a map and directions on the Web site, www.bridgeport.edu.

Traveling North on I-95.  Take Exit 26- continue straight until you come to South Avenue.  Continue on South Avenue until you come to Park Avenue.  Take a right on Park Avenue to University Avenue where you will go right to Wheeler Recreation Center.

Greenwich H.S. –

I-95 to Exit 4 (Indian Field Road) Take a right at the end of the exit.  Continue on Indian Field Road until you come to the Boston Post Road (Route 1). Take a left at the light and go to the first traffic light on Route 1 At the light take a right onto Hillside Road.  The school is on the left, take the 4th entrance.  The pool is around the back of the building at the far end of the parking lot. 

Merritt Parkway to Exit 31 (North Street.)  At the end of the exit, take a right (south) onto North Street. Continue to immediate left before first traffic light (Fairfield Road.) Take that left and Hillside Road will be on your right. Turn right onto Hillside Road and take the first entrance to the school. 

Greenwich YMCA:

50 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT.
From I-95:  From North or South take I-95 to exit 4, Indian Field Road; from I-95 Northbound turn left; from I-95 Southbound turn right onto Indian Field Road; continue on Indian Field Road for approximately ½ mile to East Putnam Avenue intersection; turn left onto East Putnam Avenue, go through 6 traffic lights (approx. 1-1/10 mile) turn left into parking lot of the YMCA just before the 7th traffic light.
From Hutchinson/ Merritt Parkway:  From North or South take Merritt Parkway to exit 31 North Street in Connecticut (there is no exit 30); from Northbound bear left off exit to stop sign and turn left onto North Street; from Southbound turn right at end of exit ramp onto North Street.
From that point, proceed approximately 4 miles on North Street to Maple Avenue. Turn left onto Maple Avenue following signs to Greenwich Business District. At first traffic light bear right onto East Putnam Avenue. Go through next 2 lights (approx. 2/10 mile) turn left into parking lot of the Greenwich Family YMCA.

Hamden High School: 

Hopkins School:  986 Forest Road in the Westville section of New Haven, Connecticut  link to campus map.

                                Directions From Route 34 or Wilbur Cross Parkway / Route 15, Exit 57:
Take Derby Turnpike / Route 34 east for 2 1/2 miles, turning left at Forest Road / Route 122. Hopkins will be on the left after traveling about 1 mile.
                               or From Route 95 South (NYC):
Exit at Campbell Avenue / Route 122 (Exit #43). Turn left and continue on Route 122 for 2 miles (it will cross both the Post Road / Route 1 and Derby Turnpike / Route 34 and change its name to Forest Road). Hopkins School will be on the left.
 

Loomis Chaffee:  (4 Batchelder Road in Windsor, Connecticut)  Merritt Parkway to I-91.  Take exit 36 off I-91 north. Take a right onto Park Avenue (Route 178 east). Proceed to the end of 178 and take a left onto Route 159 north (Windsor Avenue). At the first traffic light take a right onto Batchelder Road, which is the entrance to the school.

New Canaan H.S. – Swim meets are held at the New Canaan Y.M.C.A. 

I-95 North:  Take exit 15 (Route 7 Norwalk/Danbury). Stay to the left on the exit ramp and take exit 2 (Route 123 New Canaan Avenue). At the end of the ramp (about 2 miles) turn right. Go .3 mile to the next light and turn right onto Route 123 going north. Follow Route 123 for approximately 3 miles. (You will pass under the Merritt Parkway and pass the National Guard Armory on your right). About .9 mile from there you will take the first left onto Old Norwalk Road. Continue to the end and you will come to a 4-way intersection. Take a left and an immediate right onto Farm Road (diagonally across). Go to the light at the top of the hill which is the intersection of Farm Road and South Avenue. Take a left at that light. Go pass Saxe Middle School and the 2nd left is the entrance.
Follow the directions to New Canaan High School. At the intersection of Farm Road and South Avenue take a left at the light. Go pass Saxe Middle School and the 2nd left is the entrance.
Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) North:  Take exit 37 (Route 124 or South Avenue). At the end of the exit take a left. Travel approx. 0.8 miles, the Y.M.C.A. is on the right.

Newtown HS- Merritt Parkway to Exit 49N (Rte. 25N) toward Danbury.  Turn right onto Botsford Hill Rd., which becomes Toddy Hill Rd.  Turn slight left onto Rte. 34/Berkshire Rd.  Newtown HS is on the left.

Norwalk H.S.  –

I-95 North:  Take Exit 16 (East Ave.). At the end of the exit take a left onto East Ave. *Continue on East Ave. until you come to the Boston Post Road (Route 1). Take a right onto the Post Road. Continue until you come to Strawberry Hill Ave. Take a right onto Strawberry Hill Ave. until you come to the intersection with County Street. The school is at the intersection of Strawberry Hill Ave. and County St.

ROUTE 15 (Merritt Pkwy.): Take Exit 39 (Route 7 South). At the end of the exit take a right onto Route 7 South. Continue on Route 7 until it enters Route 1. At the Post Road take a left. Follow directions from *above.

Ridgefield H.S.  – Swim meets are held at Barlow Mountain Pool, also known as the old Ridgefield Rec. Center
 

Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) North:  Take exit 40 (Route 7 North). At the end of the exit take a right onto Route 7. *Route 7 will intersect Route 33 North. Take Route 33 North. Route 33 will eventually tie into Route 35 North. This will take you to the center of Ridgefield.  At the blinking light,  bear left onto North Salem Rd (Rt 116).  While on Route 116 (North Salem Road) look for Barlow Mt. Road on your right. You will not pass Ridgefield HS, which is about 1 mile further north of the Barlow Mountain Rd. turn.  Take that right onto Barlow Mountain Rd. and continue until you come to an intersection with Ledges Road. Bear left onto Ledges Rd. and entrance is on your left.  The pool, which is in the Old Rec Center, which is behind the building which  is on your right after entering, and looks just like the Barlow Mountain Elem School, which is on the left.

I-95 north:  Take exit 15 (Route 7 North). Follow the directions from * above.

Southern Connecticut State University –  Moore Field House
Merritt Parkway North  to Exit 59. Turn Right on Whalley Avenue. Continue on Whalley to Fitch St. Turn left on Fitch Street, which bisects the campus. Follow Fitch St. to third light and take left onto Wintergreen Ave. Moore Field House is the second building on the right. 
 
I-95 Exit 44 (Kimberly Ave., Route 10). Turn right at the end of the exit onto Kimberly Avenue, then left at the stoplight onto Ella Grasso Boulevard, which ends at Crescent St. Take left onto Crescent St. to first light. Take right at the light onto Fitch St. At first light, take left onto Wintergreen Ave. Moore Field House is second building on the right.

Trumbull H.S. – Swim meets are held at Hillcrest Middle School.

Merritt Pkwy to Exit 49 North (Rte. 25 toward Danbury).  Follow Rt. 25 to exit 9 (Daniels Farm Road).  **Turn right off of ramp onto Daniel’s Farm Road.  Go to top of hill.  Hillcrest M.S  is on the right. Enter building through main entrance, turn right, then left at the gym, turn right and follow this hallway to the end.   

I-95 to Exit 27A onto Rte. 25/8.  Stay left on Rte. 25 toward Danbury at the fork.  Take exit 9 (Daniels Farm Road), follow directions from **listed above.

Westhill-Stamford Coop. – Swim meets are held at Westhill H.S.

I-95 South:  Take Exit 6 (West Ave.). At the end of the exit, take a right onto Harvard Ave. At the end of Harvard Ave. take a right onto Main St. and your first left onto West Ave. West Ave. will intersect with Stillwater Ave. Take a left onto Stillwater Ave. and at the end take a left onto West Broad St. West Broad will become Stillwater Road. Stillwater Rd. will intersect with Roxbury Road. Stay left and continue up the hill . The school will be on the right.

Merritt Pkwy:  Take Exit 34 (Long Ridge Road).  At the end of the exit, go South onto Route 104.  Continue until you see a three-way intersection at a light.  You will take a sharp right up the hill.  This is Roxbury Road.  The school will be on the right hand side.

Wesleyan University - Freeman Athletic Center; Middletown, CT.

From I-91 or the Merritt Parkway, follow signs to 66 East (initially 691) and proceed approximately 15 minutes to Middletown.  At Route 72 (Wine St.), turn right and proceed less than two blocks to Church Street. Turn right and the pool is just ahead on the left hand side.
From the North:  Take I-91 to Exit 22 South (Route 9 South).  Follow Route 9 South to Exit 15 (Washington Street).  At the 5th light, make a left onto Vine Street and proceed less than two blocks to Church Street.  Turn right and the pool is just ahead on the left hand side.

Wilton H.S. – Swim meets are held at the Wilton Y.M.C.A.

I-95 to Exit 17 (Route 33). At the end of the exit, turn left.  * Continue on Route 33 and it will become Route 7. Continue on Route 7 and the Y.M.C.A. will be on your right, directly across from the high school..

Merritt Pky to Exit 41 (Rte. 33 or Wilton Road).  At the ned of the go North toward Wilton.  Follow the directions from * above.
