The Summer Assignment is a required part of AP United States History at Staples High School.  The essay of the assignment is due immediately upon return to school-on the first day of class.  There are no excuses and no exceptions for late assignments: any assignments that are not turned in on the first day of school will be considered missing, and will count as a "zero" toward your first quarter grade.

You can see this assignment with all of the links at my website: http://shs.westport.k12.ct.us/mongirdas.  Here you will be able to see Student Exemplars, Rubrics, etc.
