February 2, 2007; 3:58 PM
In response to the recent bombing of the Cuborican Embassy in Aforea, a spokesperson for Aforean Premier, Valentine Bean, denounced Jacques Blacque, self-appointed leader of the radical wing of the National Alliance Party, for the attack. After the release this morning of the video tape on which the Cubnian Liberation Front claimed responsibility for the bombing, Premier Bean's spokesperson said that she will be traveling to Bosgovnia to meet with Bosgovnian Prime Minister, Ender Wiggin, to consider actions to be taken in the interest of the stability of the region. Both leaders have long been concerned that the internal strife in Cuborica will destabilize the entire corner of the continent.

Also in response to the bombing, Aforea has closed its border with Cuborica sighting the possibility of war refugees seeking asylum. An Aforean spokesperson said today, "We are not prepared at this time to offer refuge to Cuboricans of any ethnicity fleeing their conflict. We need to focus our relief efforts on the embassy bombing clean-up and recovery."
